1 1/2cupfrozen mango or pineapple (or combination of both)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Notes
Having a banana in the smoothie is really going to help with the consistency, making it super creamy. However you could try substituting the banana with half to a whole avocado.
Making this tropical green smoothie into freezer smoothie packs is a great idea! Into individual freezer bags measure out the banana, spinach, frozen pineapple, frozen mango and shredded coconut for one smoothie per bag. Store in the freezer until to blend. Blend the frozen ingredients of one smoothie pack with lime juice, coconut milk and optional protein powder to make one smoothie. Note: freezing the ingredients together in smoothie packs may make for a thicker smoothie when blended so adjust by adding more coconut milk to reach the desired smoothie consistency.
