Ingredients for this baked broccoli cheese dip

Cream cheese: plain cream cheese is a must for a broccoli cheese dip

Greek yogurt: traditionally this dip uses sour cream but here we use Greek yogurt to add some protein to this broccoli dip

Cottage cheese: cottage cheese is having a moment for it’s ability to add a high protein boost to recipes and that’s exactly why I’m using it in this broccoli cheese dip

Broccoli: fresh broccoli is the best to use in this dip; make sure to chop broccoli florets into very small pieces before making the dip

Cheddar cheese: cheddar cheese and broccoli are a classic combination

Parmesan cheese: parmesan cheese adds just a touch of saltiness and rounds out the flavours in this dip

Seasonings: use Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes to season this
